Riverside walks and picnics are one of the great joys of Puborough with amazing views and easy public footpath access to the Brooks and the river down Barn House Lane from Lower Street shopping area and the adjacent public car park.

As you enter the field at the bottom of the Lane there is the Bat-Attack sculpture, part of the Pulborough WildArt Trail, then the public footpath leads across the field in which there may be cattle in Summer, to a bridge and then on to the RSPB riverside land where you are free to roam, picnic and play.
